Level I - 10 EXP

2-10 EXP: ~98.2% | DEFECT: 1.7%

Level II - 20 EXP

2-10 EXP: ~97.8% | DEFECT: 2.1%

Level III+ - 30 EXP

2-10 EXP: ~97.4% | DEFECT: 2.5%

You can continue to roll after hitting the final level if you are seeking a defect.
If you fail to roll a defect after spending 500 crowns you should automatically be given the the Wind-Torn Shape item with the trained character attatched. The design must be updated to have the defect visible before Defect Bonuses can be applied.
