Terms and Conditions for the Skire.Club website
"We", "Staff", "Us", or "Our" refers to WellHidden/WellHiddenArt and the Skire Team in operation and management of the Skire.Club website and Skire community.
"You", "The user", or "User" refers to anyone accessing and utilizing the website.
WellHidden/WellHiddenArt is an individual and founder of the Skire Team and for the purpose of phrasing within this Terms creates the entity of the group considered the Skire Team. While WellHiddenArt leads the team, the team is compiled of multiple individuals who act of their own accord. WellHiddenArt does not claim any personal responsibility over actions conducted by the Skire Team outside of this website or community space and if found to break these terms, however the individuals making up the Skire Team are held to the same standard of conduct and agreement of this ToS as users while providing their service and partaking on the site and thus may be altered in their title, position on the team, or access to the website if any of these terms are broken.

By accessing this website, accessible from Skire.Club, you are agreeing to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws.
If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site.
Users who are under the age of 13 may not utilize the website.
The user is agreeing to the species and community rules when on and making use of the website and its contents, features, or works.
Framework
The framework used to create this site is LoreKeeper and it is an open source, free to use website template created by corowne. Many additional extensions were created for public use by others including corowne. Credit to them can be found on our credits page.
The Skire team does not claim any ownership over the LoreKeeper framework or its extensions.
User License
Images, text, information, and other works are created by multiple individuals both within the Skire team and outside of it and are hosted on this website for documentation, information logging, and public viewing.
You grant us permission to host and display uploaded artwork(s) when you upload, submit, or add your images to the site.
By submitting content to this website you are giving us permission to display or provide public links to the content.
We do not claim any ownership over your artworks or text works utilized in the masterlist, on profiles, or submitted to prompts, however once you have given us permission to host your work(s) on the Skire.Club website, you grant us permission to continually display it for as long as we feel is necessary for documentation and are allowed to host it even if the user does not utilize the website or partake in the community after submission of the work. The Skire team is not required to remove, rework, or void any content created by staff, former staff, or users that was submitted to us with the intent of being used as part of the website or services.
If you create a Skire character design and submit it to the Skire.Club website you are giving us permission to display it on this website. We only claim ownership over the species IP, not the artwork or character itself.
We hold copyright to all contents and elements of our website and services unless otherwise stated.
We hold copyright over our species and when you create any content involving our species or IPs you are bound to the species and community rules when utilizing your content involving our IP. The Skire team holds individual copyright of any of our staff-made images, templates, videos, text, logos, NPCs, and visual assets depicted in derivative works.
We do not claim copyright of user created content.
By uploading work(s) to be hosted on Skire.Club, you are claiming ownership of said work or that permission was given to you that allows you to freely use the work in such a manner to our site. The Skire team is not responsible for any inaccuracies or faults users make with claims of ownership over work users have chosen to provide and may act upon users who have claimed false license ownership over any work(s) provided.
Permission is granted to temporarily download a copy of the materials on Skire.Club for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
Under this license, users who are not the true license holders of the work or original creators of work(s) found on this website cannot:
- Claim any work(s) hosted on this site as your own work unless originally created by you with permission given to us to host via upload of your work(s).
- Use any of the work(s) hosted on this site for your own such as commercial redistribution, selling, training AI, creation of "NFT"s, or alteration unless the content was originally created by you and you are its license holder.
- Alter any works not originally uploaded by you unless given direct permission and license to do so by the works' license holder.
- Permitted alteration of any works not originally created solely by you is not granted by us; alteration of any artwork found on this site must be granted by its original license holder or creator.
- Make use the work(s) found on this site tha not owned by its original creator to sell for personal use, train AI, or create "NFT"s
The Skire Team can freely edit, delete, add, or redefine any information or content displayed on the site at any point on the website. Any content that may break site, species, or community rules may be removed or edited without question.
CONDUCT
Users are expected to follow the community rules when it comes to engagement with other users, the characters and creations made by users, and the Skire team.
Content that could be personally identifying (legal full name, location, IP address, photos of yourself or others, etc.) should not be shared or posted utilizing or on Skire.Club. While we advise against this, we are not responsible for any users who willingly share this information.
The use and participation of this website and its contents may not be used for any unlawful purposes. Using this site to post, promote, distribute, or share illegal content is forbidden.
Posting, sharing, or distributing real or created fictional works of fetish content, viscera, pornographic, or not-safe-for-work ("NSFW") content on Skire.Club is strictly prohibited.
Targeting or harassing any individual with hateful language, inappropriate content, or otherwise repeated unwarranted and knowingly unwanted messages is not allowed. You may not use Skire.Club to evade an user's block on a different website.
All real-world currency, virtual currency, item, art, or character trades, transfers, and transactions done by users are agreed upon and completed at the risk of the users. The Skire Team may have final approval on any requests made on-site, but the Skire team is does not need to compensate you in any way for anything that was or was not transfered.
Users are expected to only have one account per individual. Use of exploitation or abuse of site and game mechanics on site through multi-accounting (a sole individual claiming to be multiple people through usage of multiple accounts) is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination of false-owned accounts and punishment to the individual claiming the accounts.
Impersonation of any person real or fictional in order to claim ownership over account status or on-site account contents (such as on-site items or characters) may result in account termination and ban from the Skire site and community.
The Skire Team is allowed to ban any users on site from their usage of the site and participation within the community held on site at any time for misuse of the website, potential harm brought unto any other user through the website.
Users in the same household will have the same IP, this means that banning them may ban an account under the same household. Should this arise where an individually is incorrectly banned due to this please contant us through WellHiddenArt@gmail.com as we may attempt to seek further information and rectify the matter.
However, if your IP is banned and you have an account already, you can still log into your account as usual but cannot make new ones. Banned accounts will have limited access to the site.
The Skire team is not required to display credit to a user for any user-submitted suggestions, however attempts to properly credit works will be made and information may be requested to change if incorrect.
CONTENT AND CHILDREN
This service is offered and made available only to users of 13 years or older (13 in the US, or 13 to 16 depending on country). By creating an account, using this service, or attempting to use this service you are agreeing that you are at least the minimum required age. If any account is found to be used or opperated by a user under the minimum legal age of their country to access this website, the account may be terminated without notice.
This website, the images and text displayed here, and all services that are offered are intended only for those who meet the minimum legal age in their country. For this reason we wish to make it known that content found on this site may include:
- Depictions in text or image of body-horror such as multiple eyes or lack of eyes or mouths, limbs where they should not be, floating appendages, elongated appendages, etc.
- Use of strong language
- Fantasy violence possibly including visuals of blood
- Mildly suggestive themes in text or images
- Simulated gambling with virtual currency, events, or chance items -- No virtual currency, placement or entry in an event, or chance item is able to be bought using real-world money.

Purchases
All purchases of character designs are conducted outside of this website, but may be advertised on or linked to through this service by the staff or users.
When you purchase a character from Skire Team specific sales you are obtaining ownership of that specific character design making use of the Skire IP, however you are bound to the rules of the species, community, and website.
The Skire Team does not have permission nor access to remove ownership ("revoke") of your rightfully purchased, won, or otherwise legitamtely earned designs, however we may cease allowance of further purchases or participation in sales if rules or terms are broken. We do not and will not claim ownership over your character once you have purchased it, won it from one of our events, or legitamtely obtained it from another user via agreed upon transfer.
Members on the Skire Team have individual access to selectively sell or grant to a group of users that may exclude sale or winning to another group such as First-Time-Owners ("FTO") and Already-Owners ("AO") without consequence.
Descrimination and disallowance of sale, event participation, or site usage against a user's race, sexuality, country of origin, or disability are strictly prohibted by anyone on the Skire Team.
You have the ability to "void" (Repurpose to remove species likeness and remove from the website) any design you have created or staff have created if you currently hold ownership over the design. It is required you follow void procedure located within our rules.
You agree that you are fully responsible and liable for any fees, damages, claims, and losses that result from making purchases from, or selling to, other users found through this website and our community or outside of it and through external sites. Furthermore, you agree that you will not hold the Skire Team or its staff accountable for any fradulent trades or sales, and that we are not required to aid you in your dispute.
By making purchases of or the sales of character designs for real life currency, you agree that yourself and the party you are conducting purchases or sales with are both 18 years or older or have permission to be purchasing via a legal guardian with a legitamite account.
Skire.Club makes use of virtual currency (titled "Crowns"). These currencies cannot be purchased or sold for real life currency. Skire's virtual currency is only for use on this website to purchase virtual Skire.Club items or to be exchanged to other users for Skire-themed items, character designs, or Skire-related artwork or writing. Skire.Club's virtual currency cannot be exchanged for any goods or services unrelated to the Skire.Club website.
All transactions made with or to obtain virtual currency, items, or characters when going through our virtual shops are final and non-refundable. Staff is not required to reimburse or compensate you in the event of an incorrect or false purchase. Please contact staff if there are any issues with shops or purchases.
Disclaimer
You agree to indemnify, save, and hold harmless the Skire Team and its staff from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, attorneys' fees and legal expenses, arising out of your use or misuse of Skire.Club, any content you post or submit, violation of these Terms, violation of the rights of another third party or entity, or any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by you herein. The Skire team reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify the Skire Team and you agree to cooperate with the Skire Teams' defense of these claims.
You acknowledge that the Skire Team has no control over, does not endorse, and has no duty to take any action regarding: which users gain access to Skire.Club or its services, what materials you access via Skire.Club, what effects such materials may have on you, how you interpret or use such materials, or what actions you take as a result of having been exposed to such materials. Skire.Club may contain links to websites containing content that some people may find inappropriate, harmful, or offensive. You release the Skire Team from all liability for you having acquired or accessed such materials through this website.
