Applies the following to the design that holds this item. 

• x1 Level of Fire, Air, Earth, or Water Magic
• This item must be exchanged via claim with the character attached for 1 level in the chosen magic. You must attach the item to the claim for consumption and specify the magic type desired. ONE TIME USE 
• This can be used to add an additional magic level to a character who has already begun training in the listed magics. 
• This can be used to bypass Mentor Initiation provided the character has enough magic slots to begin training another. This will grant affiliate status of the chosen magic.

Once applied, magic can only be removed via Fraying Scissors.

• This item must be exchanged via claim with the character attached for 1 level in the chosen magic. You must attach the item to the claim for consumption and specify the magic type desired. ONE TIME USE 
• This can be used to add an additional magic level to a character who has already begun training in the listed magics.
