• BASIC INFO:

  • There will be a google form I request individuals to fill out for this! It will be included in the second news post for the sale proper.
    
    
  • Contact about slot sales will be done through the Skire.club website messaging system -- I will message you to confirm your details from the form!
    
    
  • This news post will be updated to include the google form on Oct. 30th around 2PM PST [Oct. 31st at 21:00:00 UTC On-Site!] , and it will remain open beyond then until all slots have filled!
    
    
  • All slots are claimed via First-Come, First-Served and will be selected by timestamp order.
    
    
  • Until 24 hours have passed, one person may only get one slot. Once I alert to the allowance of multiple slots, then you may re-fill the form for a second slot. I will not grant a second slot until the form is re-filled after this notice, so duplicate form submissions before this time will not count.
    
    
  • Another person may ask to claim a slot for one other person - Someone else may pay for your slot as well. Please clarify that within the form or within a note, but ideally the form!
    
    
  • IF YOU ARE CLAIMING FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON (ie: yourself and helping someone else claim) You must re-apply on the google form. We advise having only one other person claiming for you, as any additional claims for you will be null!
    
    
  • Please do NOT try and write down multiple people on the form.
    
    
  •  If for any reason you input something incorrect on the form please let me know in a note when/if I contact you. Please ideally do not add a new form submission as I won’t know which one is the correct one and it will be time-stamped differently on the response sheet.

CLaiming Rules:

• • • You need a Skire.Club account to claim and own a MYO slot.
      Contact will be through Skire.Club on confirmation of your slot and payment method!

    • The form will be First-Come-First-Served.

    • Only one slot per person within the first 24 hours. You can have one other person help you claim a slot, but if that person wishes to claim a slot for themselves they need to resubmit the form again.

    • Slots will be Standard 1R 2UC for $100, Build-Your-Own slots will vary in price depending on traits desired by buyer.
      BYO slots will require you to pick your species upon purchase!

    • There are 34 standard slots sold via FFA, 10 for Build Your Own MYO slots, and 6 raffle slots.  A total of 50 slots!

    • After 24 hours since post, if the slots have not been filled then secondary slots will be open for people who wish to buy multiple.

      • Standard slots will be an item that allows you to pick your species at any point.

      • BYO slots must be chosen before given the slot and do not yet have a choice item! They will be uploaded directly to the MYO Masterlist rather than given item.

      • As a reminder, once you choose your species you cannot reverse this decision. Only select once you are sure!

    • (For standard slots) You will be given an item that you turn into a MYO slot once you decide your species via "opening" the item with chosen species. Please note that these items are not tradable; if you wish to buy a slot as a gift you will need to let me know in the form!
      
      
    • The species bases will be provided to you to use if you desire - they're optional though so no worries if you don't want to!
    • You cannot get a BYO and a Standard slot within the first 24 hours; it is considered multiple! You can after 24 hours have passed.

    • You must be able to pay within 24 hours of me confirming you have claimed the slot successfully. (If you do not, we will move down to the next person in the queue)
      
      
    • Do not claim if you cannot pay within the 24 hours - payment plans are not accepted for these slots.

• Slot Rules:

  • • You may resell the slot for the price paid if you as the seller are the one who bought the slot. Please request secondary permission from any admin to get slot sale permission. 

    • You may NOT trade the slot until it has been given an approved design.

    • Gifting a slot must be stated before payment is sent or upon claiming. If you wish to keep the gift anonymous/secret to the person you’re gifting it to, please tell me in the note when I ask for your paypal email to invoice.

    • After you create your Skire design and it has been approved, you have a 2 week cooldown till you can trade/sell the character. Remember to only ever resell for what you bought it for!
      *Important to remember: Our rules have always allowed you to resell a character for higher than you bought it for if you confirm proof of purchase any commissioned pieces you personally have bought of your character with an admin.

    • There is NO time limit to complete your MYO.

    • You MAY have others help you design your slot.

    • You may also have someone design your slot for you! Please make sure they follow the rules to the slot and species, however! 

    • Please: do not post your design publicly until it has been accepted/approved and has gotten its written approval by an admin! In order to get your slot approved you must note the group!!
      *If you commission someone to design your slot for you then you may show us proof of the purchased commission and have it added to your character's resale price.
      (You CAN show your Work-In-Progress MYO slot design(s)/concepts in the Discord via the Design-Progress or Design-Help channels.)

    • *Your slot will NOT be approved if it is recognized to be heavily influenced by/duplicating a pre-existing character from either a personal OC or a franchise - additionally hateful themes or imagery against minorities (racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, etc.) will not be tolerated and will not be approved and could risk you being graylisted or banned from the species.

    • If your design is approved and then found to be heavily referencing or duplicating a pre-existing character after it is approved then you may still be asked to change it after the fact. If the design changes hands and is later recognized then the creator will likely be spoken to, but the new owner of the design may not be requested to change the design as they were not the ones responsible for creating it and we don't feel it right to punish/request change from them if they don't/didn't know. This may change case-by-case depending on severity of the issue.

• BUILD-YOUR-OWN SLOTS:

  • For Buildable MYOs, the price rundown will work a bit to offer a better deal getting the same traits as a standard slot, however this is a test-run of these slots and I’ll only be selling 10 total.

  • For 2025, as this is the first run of testing of this sort of slot sale that means these prices may change in future years or sales.

     

    For 2025, The price rundown for the Buildable MYOs will be as follows:

    • Base slot price, all common with no other traits yet added: $50

    • +$25 per Uncommon trait

    • +$50 per Rare trait

    • +$100 per Myth trait
      
      

    • If you get a standard set of traits (1R + 2UC) with a BYO slot, you will have the base price put aside making the total $100

    • Myth slots equate to the same, thus Myth slots have been removed from general slot options for this sale as there are more BYO slots!

  • For BYO slots they will NOT be an item currently and will instead be uploaded directly to the MYO slot masterlist. For this reason, species must be selected ahead of time. (These will show up in your MYO slots, not your Items)
  • Please be exact with how many traits of a tier you are seeking on the form. Do not put "maybe 2 or 3 uncommons?" otherwise your form will be seen as incomplete and skipped. If you wish to change your traits when the slot is confirmed thats okay, but your form should be with exact number of traits and their tier.
  • Once your BYO slot has been confirmed by the buyer, paid, and then uploaded, it cannot have the traits or species changed.

• RAFFLES:

  • • • Raffles will be held on the CCCAT DISCORD due to site raffles being currently unable to distinguish Non-Owners from Current Owners, only FTO. They will be posted shortly after the sale goes live and rolled at least 48 hours after the sale goes live.
        
        
      • The raffles will be opening at roughly the same time for 6 additional slots, this raffle is free to enter and free to win, per usual with our raffles. 3 Slots will be dedicated N/O slots and 3 will be FFA slots. These slots are granted via MYO item. All of these slots are considered Standard slots with 1 Rare trait + 2 Uncommon traits.
        
        
      • If you apply to this MYO slot sale as a N/O and get a slot and win the N/O discord raffle afterwards, please know we will re-roll your slot for a different N/O user.
        
        
      • Entry is as easy as responding to a discord bot via a reaction added to its message and waiting. The bot will do the rest!
