Bigby works as a bellhop at an Uto hotel, her strength and size and welcoming kindness one of the hotel's jewels. She is impossibly bubbly, almost to an overwhelming degree. She is always peppy and full of energy that can be hard to keep up with.

Bigby was formed before the banishment. Her spirit remained unbroken even during the time she was trapped, and when she emerged she sought work almost immediately. She found a position open at a hotel and became a bellhop and greeter, using her size and strength to easily carry luggage and their cheery attitude to make guests feel welcome. Her job means she is privy to the comings and goings of many of Uto’s biggest celebrities and criminals. Before the banishment, Shiraz came to her often to gather what information she found while on the job.
