Serenity (Serena) is not so like the peaceful night skies she's named after; really, she's more like any body of water. She can be quiet, introverted, and withdrawn at times, like a calm, unmoved winter pond; at other times, she gives into impulse and can make rash decisions, like an energetic spring flood. She does her best to be "good" (or whatever she perceives as "good"), although it may not always align with what is ethical at the time. Above all, her moods and thoughts are mercurial at best, which usually results in her wearing chaos like a familiar blanket. There is a certain comfort in her predictable unpredictable nature, though, in that you can at least depend on her to make for amusing entertainment. Just make sure you aren't caught in the middle of her tempest.
