Metallic Markings (Crooks) (Rare)
[Markings that have a metallic and shiny sheen]
- Can be any color, but reflections are generally monotone, meaning highlights and shadows share general hue with the base color
- Affects any color/marking on the body, as long as it does not effect the entire coat
- Can affect the teeth, tongue , claws, blood, bones, and organs
- This does not effect tendrils
Opalescent Markings (Crooks) (Rare)
[Markings that reflect multiple hues, considered opalescent or multi-chrome]
- Can be any color, and reflections are multi-hue, meaning highlights and shadows may reflect hues different to the base. Base color should still be somewhat clear
- Can be opalescent or multi-chrome
- Affects any color/marking on the body, as long as it does not effect the entire coat
- Can affect the teeth, tongue, claws, blood, bones, and organs
- Does not effect Tendrils
Opalescent Coat (Crooks) (Myth)
[Entire design reflect multiple hues, considered opalescent or multi-chrome]
- Inlcudes Opalescent Eyes and Opalescent Tendrils without the need for additional traits
- Can be opalsecent or multi-chrome
- Affects any color/marking on the body
- Can affect the teeth, tongue, claws, blood, bones, and organs
Sparkling Markings (Crooks) (Uncommon)
[Markings that sparkle and reflect light akin to glitter]
- Can be any color, but sparkles must share hue with the base color of the markings
- Can affect the particles originating from the Particle Tendrils or Particle Markings traits, allowing them to be purely sparkles
- Affects any color/marking on the body, as long as it does not effect the entire coat
- Can affect the teeth, tongue, claws, blood, bones, and organs
- This does not effect tendrils
- If applied to a design via the Sparkling Chalk Comb item, this trait cannot be swapped to any other trait.

- Inlcudes Metallic Eyes and Metallic Tendrils without the need for additional traits
- Can be any color, but reflections are generally monotone, meaning highlights and shadows share general hue with the base color
- Affects any color/marking on the body
- Can affect the teeth, tongue, claws, blood, bones, and organs
- Body should not be confused for robotic
Glowing Coat (Crooks) (Myth)
[Entire design glows and emits light]
- Includes Glowing Eyes and Glowing Tendrils without the need for additional traits
- Can be any color, but glow must share hue with the base color of the markings
- Affects any color/marking on the body
- Can affect the teeth, tongue, claws, blood, bones, and organs
Second Set of Colors (Crooks) (Oddity)
[Coat that can completely change all of its colors -- NOT markings]
- All markings and colors can change. Includes claws, tendrils, mouth, teeth, knuckles, and tongue
- Creates one alternate palette
- Does not change marking shapes
- Does not affect eyes or cluster eyes
Shifting Markings (Crooks) (Oddity)
[Coat that can change its markings/patterns -- NOT colors]
- Coat changes marking shape. Examples are a blinking eye, swirls that spin, flickering flames, etc
- Must remain visually and aesthetically similar
- Transition can be at will, triggered by emotions, or constant. Transition can be smooth frames or a fade from one to another
- Does not change colors
- Markings should not move from their general location
Rainbow Shift (Crooks) (Oddity)
[One marking/color can shift through any color of the rainbow]
- One marking type can shift between any color of the rainbow, and be any hue, value, or saturation
- Markings shift to the same color together
- Affects one marking that is the same color
- Cannot make markings dissapear
- Does not effect eyes or tendrils
Patternless (Crooks) (Lore Breaking)
[The Crook has no pattern]
- This trait does not need to be updated to in-lore standards if a design possesses it
- This trait cannot be used unless the design already comes with the trait
Common Fur (Crooks) (Common)
[This includes all Common Traits for a Crook’s Fur. They do NOT need to be listed at all when uploading a design, and are strictly informational. You may use as many as you’d like while designing a MYO]
- Facial Fur - [Fur that resembles facial hair on humans, such as a moustache or beard]
- Furred - [Can be curly, straight, wavy, etc. All hair textures available]
- Cheesepuff - [Excessive full body fur]
- Sphinx Fur - [Hairless, or nearly hairless with very short fuzz. Must still have a clearly defined face patch]
- Royal Fur - [Any long strands of fur that are noticeably longer than the rest of the design's fur. This includes ribbons, ponchos, long ankle fur, etc. All pieces must still resemble and act like fur/hair. Fur may also bridge/connect a short distance from one part of the body to another. It may also affect the head hair, allowing it to be abnormally long. Combining this trait with Short Tail can result in a horse-like tail]
- Frankenstein Markings - [Two different sets of markings that stop abruptly against each other, like chimerism]
- Piebald Markings - [Solid color splotching above all patterns. Considered a blurry memory
- Shaped Face Patch - [Face patches can be placed and shaped in many different ways as long as they adhere to requirements]
Elongated Face Patch (Rare)
[Muzzle patch extends further down the face, usually onto neck]
- May encompass the eye and extend down the face to the neck or chest, or extend further back on the head
- Texture must match the same texture across the entire face patch and have clear separation
- Cannot encompass the entirety of the mouth. The corner of the mouth must not be located within the face patch
- External teeth cannot be located outside the face patch
Sparkling Coat (Crooks) (Myth)
[Entire design that sparkles and reflects light akin to glitter]
- Inlcudes Sparkling Eyes and Sparkling Tendrils without the need for additional traits
- Can be any color, but sparkles must share hue with the base color of the markings
- Can affect the particles originating from the Particle Tendrils or Particle Markings traits, allowing them to be purely sparkles
- Affects any color/marking on the body
- Can affect the teeth, tongue, claws, blood, bones, and organs
Particle Markings (Crooks) (Uncommon)
[Particles that trail randomly from a specific marking, similar to particle crowns]
- Must be small
- Must clearly emit from a specific marking
- Can be shaped
- Can be affected by marking traits. Sparkling Markings can change particles themselves into sparkles that trail off the body.
- Can be any color that appears on the body
- Cannot be large or mimic floating body pieces
- Cannot be turned off

[Markings that glow and emit light]
- Can be any color, but glow must share hue with the base color of the markings
- Affects any color/marking on the body, as long as it does not effect the entire coat
- Can affect the teeth, tongue, claws, blood, bones, and organs
Color-Changing Markings (Crooks) (Myth)
[Markings that change color for a total of two alternate base colors]
- Markings can change from one color to another, for a total of two different color versions
- Can only be applied to a defined marking, meaning it should not usually apply to pure gradients or base color
- Can change color due to mood, willpower, choice, or otherwise
- Cannot effect markings on top of the base markings
- Does not effect eyes
- Cannot be stacked
Color-Changing Coat (Crooks) (Myth)
[Base coat that changes color for a total of two alternate base colors]
- Base coat can change from one color to another, for a total of two different color versions
- Base coat is considered the color that all other markings are on top of
- Can change color due to mood, willpower, choice, or otherwise
- Cannot effect markings on top of the base markings
- Cannot be stacked
Multiple Ears (3-4) (Crooks) (Uncommon)
[3 to 4 ears placed on the head]
- Can be placed symmetrically or asymmetrically
- Cannot be placed anywhere that an ear would not naturally be, but can go to a degree down the jaw/head to account for multiple ears

[5 to 6 ears placed on the head]
- Can be placed symmetrically or asymmetrically
- Cannot be placed anywhere that an ear would not naturally be, but can go to a degree down the jaw/head to account for multiple ears
