Multiple Eyes (4-10) (Unseen Affliction)
[CCCat has up to 9 additional eyes apart from their standard eye (10 total eyes)]
- Eyes do not need to look visually similar, and are separate eyes that exist simultaneously.
- ALL eyes may be effected by a single trait [Example: Patterned Eye is only needed once to count across all eyes]
- CCCATS - A CCCat’s eye must be above 43% saturation and value to be considered a living eye. Please provide a flat and unshaded eye reference when submitting a MYO or Redesign (MYO and Redesign Guide)
Object Eye (Unseen Affliction)
[CCCat’s eye is replaced with an object that stands in place of and functions as the eye]
- Entire eye is replaced by an object that stands in place of and functions like an eye naturally would
- Should retain standard eye shape
- Should have a pupil/focal point
- Examples include food items such as gumballs, donuts, takoyaki, bells, snow globes, balls of yarn, and artificial/robotic
- Does not need to follow living eye color rules
Living Eye (Unseen Affliction)
[Essence within the eye forms a living shape]
- Essence manifests as a living shape, sich as a bird, fish, or worm. You may to an extent invent a creature, but it should not be a seperate character or being from the CCCat
- Creature can animate and move
- Appears as though the creature is held within a glass orb
- To create a terrarium or fish tank effect, this can be combined with Elemental Eye
- Does not need to follow living color rules
- Should not resemble a canon skire species or other original species
Shattered Eye (Unseen Affliction)
[Eye is entirely shattered]
- Pieces must remain in proximity, and are bound by essence floating in the center
- Does not need to follow living color rules
Blind Eye (Lore Breaking)
[An eye afflicted by the inability to see anything]
- This trait cannot be used but does not need to be updated to in-lore standards
Dead Eye (Old-Gen) (Lore Breaking)
[Eye created with dead colors unintentionally or before rules were in place. The lore surrounding dead eyes can be used for these CCCats. Cannot be swapped for other traits]
Old-gen CCCats and CCCat Color ranges
Due to the construction of the lore, some CCCats were made with grayscale, pastel, or out-of-range colors on their tongues and eyes. In lore this means that the CCCat is dead, dying, or revived and without a lore reasoning is considered "Old Gen." You will be allowed to keep the tongue/eye the same to keep the dead colors through subsequent redesigns (though we will ask that the eye and tongue remain similar in theme to avoid mimicking other traits, such as a change from a yellow and white striped tongue to a pure black tongue.) and give them personal lore to explain the colors.
- "Old-Gen" traits cannot be swapped out for other traits.
- Designs will only be granted the “Old-Gen” label if the CCCat has a dead eye or tongue and falls between 1 - 516 for official designs and 1 - 250 for MYO Designs If you have proof of a design outside of this range that was approved December 31, 2017, this is also eligible for Old-Gen if the colors fall out of range.
- Living range of colors is considered to be any color above 43% Saturation and Value on a standard HSB Scale.
- If your CCCat is newer than the above numbers but has a tongue or eye below living range, You may keep the colors only if the tongue or eye does not change at all in subsequent redesigns. Any changes of the tongue and eye, including but not limited to color and markings, will require colors to be brought into the living range. These designs will not be eligible for dead tongue or old-gen classification due to the timing they were created.
Shaped Eyeball (Unseen Affliction)
[The eyeball is shaped like a simple shape that is not a sphere]
- Can be a cube, ring, cylinder, rectangle, or other simple shape
- Must have a pupil and be readable as an eye
- Cannot be overly complex
Common Eyes (Crooks) (Common)
[This includes all Common Traits for a Crook’s Eyes, both True and Cluster Eyes. They do NOT need to be listed at all when uploading a design, and are strictly informational. You may use as many as you’d like while designing a MYO]
- Symmetrical Clusters - [Clusters can occupy both sides of the same half, for example both arms or legs, as well as travel from one limb to the body, so long as the cluster is continuous]
- Spiral / Target Pattern - Spirals appear as a swirl originating from a single point in the Crook's eye. A Target is more than 3 rings of the alternating or differing colors.
- Rounded Pupil
- Slit Pupil
- Third Eye - [A third true eye may be placed on the forehead between the other two true eyes. It may differ from the other true eyes using Heterochromia]
Solid Eyes (Crooks) (Rare)
[No pattern is present in the eyes]
- Includes a solid single pupil, or having 2 or less distinct sections of the eye
- Can apply to both True and Cluster Eyes
Solid Eyes (Gravents) (Uncommon)
[No pattern is present in the eyes]
- Includes a solid single pupil, or having 2 or less distinct sections of the eye
Multiple Clusters (Myth)
[Crook has multiple distinct clusters across the body]
- Clusters must be clearly distinct and cannot connect to one another. Clusters can be present over multiple parts of the body as long as they are connected in some way.
- Clusters can be different from one another
- Clusters can be placed assymetrically
- Clusers must have at least 3 eyes present
Essence-Leaking Eyes (Oddity)
[Eyes that leak essence, the lifeblood of the Wormling's eyes]
- Essence is depicted as a vapor/smoke wafting from the eye
- Can apply to both true and cluster eyes
Full Body Cluster Eyes (Unseen Affliction)
[Eyes that cover the entire body]
- True Eyes must still remain distinct
- Must cover a large degree of the body or the entirety of the body
- There is no limit to the number of eyes
- If clusters are separate, they must still contain a minimum of 3 eyes
Internal Cluster (Lore Breaking)
[Cluster located inside the body]
- Clusters can be located on the tongue or tendrils without counting as an internal cluster, so long as there are cluster eyes visible on the face or tendril location as well
No Eyes (Crooks) (Lore Breaking)
[The Crook is missing true or cluster eyes]
- Clusters may not have less than 3 eyes
Common Eyes (Nautipods) (Common)
