Ballard is a boisterous CCCat who is welcoming to anyone. He lives in a ramshackle house built by hand, and always has a room open for anyone in need. He is open ended and welcome to be written wherever you may need him!

Ballard lives roughly two hours out of Uto in a quaint lakehouse. He has no occupation, but rather uses his home as a waypoint and gathering spot for those of all walks of life. He cooks and hosts creatures of any kind so long as his rules are respected and they vow to pay forward the kindness. No fighting, hatred, or violence may occur on Ballard’s land or near it, and he makes this quite clear. With all of the friends he’s gathered over time, he has the backup he may need to enforce this rule.

Born in the same lake he lives by, Ballard formed when his wormling took the host of a dead salmon. He didn’t go far, being fearful of the world and over time used scraps to refurbish and expand upon the abandoned fishing cabin he discovered nearby. With more time and confidence, he continued to branch out and travel, taking trips to Uto where he made friends with just about everyone he met.
