Asked Kid if I could yoink this NPC I made for the crook event ages ago since they never made it to the NPCs page even on the old site and he said it was ok so I'm submitting a claim here for it to get uploaded!

Traits: just Multicolored Knuckles I believe!
The description could also have a note added that this was originally a character designed for the 2018 Crooks Are Here event?
Original art was edited to add a few more eyes to the face cluster since it originally just had two!
